A little more information:

Sits is a 24hr mountain bike race on a 7.5mile loop in a field in Catton park, Staffordshire. You ride around and round and round as often as you can. If after riding in circles through the night in the best summer weather ever™ you are the insanest most prepared, strongest, bestest and quite possibly soarest, you win. I'm not sure what you win, maybe winning is it's own price. That will not be me though, i'm not insane. So I'll probably be second or third (stop with the sniggering, it's my dream) Anyways I am raising money for Heart of Compassion and Amasiko lemvelo learning project and will be splitting whatever I raise 50/50 between the charities.
